Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
Alesori & Co. is a trading brand operated by Rochards LLC. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@alesoriandco.com.
2. Information collected during intake
The HVAC diagnostic application asks for a business representative’s name, work email, telephone number, role, company, website, service area, company scale, approximate parts spend, suppliers, return and warranty activity, current reconciliation process, record availability, desired timing and optional context.
The form does not request supplier statements, passwords, bank credentials, payment-card information or customer records. Do not enter that information.
3. How the booking flow works
The application is processed in the visitor’s browser to prepare a structured meeting brief and non-binding fit indicator. When the visitor proceeds to scheduling, the answers are passed to Calendly as prefilled booking information. Calendly processes the booking, availability, calendar invitation and Google Meet details under its own privacy terms.
Alesori & Co. receives the meeting details and supplied briefing through the connected Calendly account so Alex can prepare for the requested call. The website does not maintain a separate Alesori intake database in this version.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to assess whether the requested supplier-credit diagnostic may be appropriate, prepare for and schedule the call, respond to the business inquiry and protect the service from misuse. Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, the intended bases are requested pre-contract steps and legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure business service, subject to the circumstances.
5. Automated fit indicator
The site creates an indicative score from company scale, parts activity, return volume, record availability and the contact’s role. It is a conversation-preparation tool only. It does not approve credit, determine legal rights, guarantee acceptance or make a legally significant decision.
6. Service providers and international processing
The hosting platform receives technical website requests. Google Fonts supplies typography. Calendly handles scheduling, and Google provides the connected calendar and meeting service. These providers may process technical and booking data outside the visitor’s state or country under their own terms and safeguards. See Calendly’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy.
7. Retention
Intake and booking information for prospects who do not become clients is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Information relating to accepted clients is retained according to the applicable client agreement and legal obligations. Information may be deleted sooner when no longer needed.
8. Your choices and rights
You may stop before booking, decline optional context questions, or contact Alesori & Co. to update or cancel a meeting. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Send requests to privacy@alesoriandco.com. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Client documents
This website is not a document-upload portal. Any later transfer of supplier records requires an agreed scope, authorized access, secure transfer method, confidentiality terms and retention arrangements. Submission of the form does not authorize Alesori & Co. to contact a supplier or begin recovery work.
