1. Website operator and scope
Alesori & Co. is a trading brand operated by Rochards LLC. Questions about this website may be sent to hello@alesoriandco.com. These terms govern the informational website and application process; they are not the terms of a client engagement.
2. Information, not a guaranteed outcome
The website describes a business-to-business supplier-credit review service initially focused on HVAC contractors. Information is general and may be updated. Alesori & Co. does not promise that a review will identify missing credits or that a supplier will issue a credit, payment or response within any particular time.
Examples and sample document formats are illustrative unless explicitly identified and substantiated as real client results. A discrepancy is a question to investigate, not proof of a debt, wrongdoing or enforceable entitlement.
3. Initial diagnostic and further work
The advertised initial diagnostic is complimentary within a mutually agreed scope and is intended to cover one supplier and 90 days of records. Eligibility, record requirements, capacity and precise scope must be confirmed before work begins. There is no obligation to purchase further work merely by viewing this website, applying or booking a call.
Any paid work requires a separate written agreement specifying fees, eligible recoveries, exclusions, reversals, taxes, invoicing, termination, confidentiality, record retention, authorization and dispute handling. No fee becomes payable merely because an estimated opportunity appears in a report.
4. Authority and records
You should provide only business information and records you are authorized to disclose. Remove unrelated personal or confidential information. Do not send passwords, bank credentials, payment-card data or unnecessary customer or employee information.
This website is not a document-upload portal. A record-transfer method and handling terms must be agreed before records are shared. Alesori & Co. will not contact suppliers, act in your name or access restricted systems without appropriate written authorization.
5. Application and booking
The application prepares a non-binding fit indicator and meeting brief from information you provide. If you continue, the brief and contact details are passed to Calendly so you can request an available meeting time. Applying or booking does not guarantee acceptance, begin an audit, authorize supplier contact, form a service contract or enroll you in marketing.
6. Nature of the service
Administrative reconciliation is not a statutory financial audit, legal opinion, tax advice or investment advice. The website does not establish an attorney-client relationship or appoint Alesori & Co. as a licensed accountant, debt collector or legal representative. Regulated activities and disputed legal claims require separate assessment before work is accepted.
7. Acceptable use and content
You may use the site to evaluate the service and discuss it within your business. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site or misuse another party’s records. Do not use the brand or content in a way that falsely implies affiliation or endorsement.
8. External services and availability
Hosting, fonts, scheduling, calendar and meeting features may be provided by third parties under their own terms. The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Verify material information before relying on it, and do not allow a website inquiry to delay a supplier claim, appeal or other deadline.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights or rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes concerning these website terms will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in North Carolina. Client engagements may contain separate dispute terms.
10. Updates and privacy
Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Website changes do not automatically amend a signed client agreement. Read the privacy notice and cookie notice for information about this version’s data handling.
